The Company

Selvyn Seidel founded Fulbrook Advisors, a New York entity with international scope and presence in 2007, and is its Chairman and President. Fulbrook Advisors, itself and through its subsidiaries, is engaged in a number of different activities, including having an active involvement in the litigation finance industry, the legal outsourcing industry, and various industries relating to the intersection of law, finance, and business.

Prior to founding Fulbrook Advisors, Mr. Seidel was an attorney with 40 years experience representing business entities in diverse projects in the United States and abroad. He has worked closely with and supervised professionals from virtually all business and legal disciplines. Until December 31, 2006, he was a senior partner at Latham & Watkins, a leading international law firm with over 24 offices in the United States and globally, and with over 2,000 professionals. At Latham, Mr. Seidel was at different times the Chairman of its International Practice and the founder and Chairman of its International Litigation and Arbitration Practice.

Mr. Seidel was for ten years an Adjunct Professor at New York University School of Law. He is currently an Alumnus Lecturer at Linacre College, Oxford University. He graduated from the University of Chicago (1964, B.A., economics), the University of California (Berkeley) law school (1967, J.D., California Law Review), and the University of Oxford (1968, Dip. Law, Linacre College).
