At the earliest stage of a prospective project, Fulbrook Advisors has exploratory discussions with the client to get to know its expectations and needs. Together, they set goals, develop a plan of action and structure a budget. Fulbrook Advisors then identifies and retains the optimal project team from its roster of specialists and professionals, and plans with the client the approach and strategy to achieve the client’s objectives. Fulbrook Advisors maintains ongoing communication with the client and the team, guiding the project so that the goals are realized.
In addition to providing two or more members of a team of professionals to assist in a project, Fulbrook Advisors can also identify a single expert to address a specific need, such as preparation of an expert opinion or a specialized analysis required by a due diligence search.
On certain occasions, as noted above, Fulbrook Advisors works together with an entity through an amalgamated enterprise. For example, Fulbrook Advisors can act as a principal and partner in establishing with another entity a company in a foreign jurisdiction to carry on business in that jurisdiction.
